The Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting Synthetix. This position offers an exciting opportunity to translate complex DeFi concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation that will help drive the adoption and understanding of Synthetix and its ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Synthetix, including user guides, API documentation, and developer resources
  2. Collaborate with Synthetix developers, product managers, and community members to gather and validate technical information
  3. Develop and maintain a consistent documentation style guide for all Synthetix-related content
  4. Write clear, concise explanations of DeFi concepts related to Synthetix for various platforms and audiences
  5. Update and improve existing documentation based on user feedback and protocol updates
  6. Create tutorials and how-to guides for users and developers interacting with Synthetix
  7. Contribute to the creation of educational content about Synthetix and its role in the broader DeFi ecosystem
  8. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the latest protocol developments
  9. Work with the marketing team to ensure technical content aligns with broader communication strategies
  10. Participate in the Synthetix community to gather insights and address documentation-related queries
